I had a rough time with Best Buy (long story). They were supposed to send me this TV, but then they bailed. While I was browsing eBay, I stumbled upon BuyDig and thought I’d check if they had something in the same ballpark as what I was gonna pay at Best Buy. I hadn’t heard of them before, so I did a quick Google search to see if they were on the up and up. Found a few reviews saying they were solid, and now I’m adding my two cents. I ended up snagging the TV for about the same price I was gonna pay at Best Buy, but this time, I actually received it. Plus, it showed up earlier than expected, which was awesome. For my first time buying from them, it was a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be back for more.

I’ve never experienced such top-notch service as I did with BuyDig.com when my order showed up in a million pieces. It seemed like FedEx had a little fun with my two-gallon glass fermentation jar, but when I reached out to BuyDig, they really turned things around. They went above and beyond to ensure I became a happy and loyal customer. From now on, I’ll be checking their site first to see if they’ve got what I’m looking for. Seriously, this company is fantastic!
